Fallkniven SK18 Erna mobile chef’s knife

It’s light, has got a very comfortable grip in Carelian curly birch and a fantastic blade in our famous laminated cobalt special steel. Bring it to the barbeque party as your personal chef’s knife and your day is made! Comes in a genuine brown leather sleeve and case with zipper.

Always clean the knife in hot water and some dish soap. Dry with a clean cloth.
Never put the knife in a dishwasher!
Never try to cut bones or frozen food, the edge will break or bend.
Always use wooden or plastic boards, never ceramics, glass or marble boards.
Use our D12 or DC521 for sharpening.

This is a great knife for the kitchen and picnic. The high-quality steel will allow you to use the knife for a long time without the need to sharpen it.

About the name of the knife Erna:
According to Norse mythology, Erna was the wife of Hersir and the mother of eleven children. They were descendants of the warrior class Jarl. Her husband Hersir was the elder of the tribe. Erna was known as a good daughter and a good mother - always cheerful and energetic.
