Shipment terms and conditions

We do ship to Latvia, European countries and other countries worldwide. All deliveries are granted with tracking number.
If you don't find your country listed in the country list, please write us. Most probably no one has placed any order from your country before.

We use theses companies for shipment services:

  1. Latvian Post - for small parcels worldwide. This company provides also EMS services worldwide.
  2. Omniva - for parcel delivery through pick-up stations in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, also express service for the same countries
  3. DPD - for parcel delivery through pick-up points in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, also express service for most European Union countries
  4. UPS - for express deliveries worldwide, except Latvia

Delivery time:
The items, which are in stock and paid until 10 o'clock, are dispatched in the same working day. In some cases due to work overload, dispatch can be delayed for one day. In that case we will warn about this. 
The items, which are not in our stock, are pre-ordered. So the delivery time can vary from 1 to 3 weeks. This time depends on the whereabouts is the distributor or manufacturer located and when next product order will be made. The delivery time will be announced to a client after placing order. The invoice will be written out and payment for order will be expected only after the client has agreed to delivery time.
Most popular items usually are in stock.
You can always use an option to ask approximate delivery time for each item from product page or from Contact Us page, or sending us an e-mail letter.

  4. Any courier, Lithuania and Estonia - 7,95 EUR, up to 30 kg
  5. DPD pick-up points in Latvia - 4,95 EUR, up to 20 kg
  6. DPD pick-up points in Lithuania and Estonia - 8,95 EUR, up to 20 kg
  7. Latvian Post parcels - depending on the weight, starting from 3,00 EUR

Prices, which vary by the weight, can be seen while processing the order. You can ask for shipment price using contact form. PAVARDS keeps rights to change the shipment cost according to actual cost by delivery services, if those exceed the prices, which are stated above. The client will be warn if such changes are necessary.
